This section defines the Terms and Conditions applicable to The Aniye Room program by Aniye By. Participation in the program implies that users accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
DEPECHE Srl, with its registered office at Via dell'Agricoltura N.47/49 - 41012 Carpi (Modena) ITALY, as the creator and promoter of The Aniye Room program, reserves the right to process the personal data of users voluntarily enrolled in the program in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
How It Works
To participate in The Aniye Room program, users must choose to enroll by selecting the designated checkbox in the appropriate section on the website aniyeby.com and creating their account. In the My Account section, users can view their Status, track their point balance and total points collected, and discover the rewards and benefits available.
Participation in the program is a benefit reserved for registered users, and DEPECHE Srl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Aniye Room program at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website and/or email.
Participation in the program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically. It is recommended to visit the website regularly for updates.
Program Enrollment
Enrollment in The Aniye Room program is free and voluntary. It is open to all Aniye By customers who have reached the age of majority (18 years old), accept the general terms and conditions, and have a valid account on the website aniyeby.com.
Earning and Using Stars Points
Upon enrolling in The Aniye Room program, users receive 100 welcome Stars Points. Subsequently, Stars Points are accumulated by purchasing products on the website aniyeby.com under the following conditions:
For full-priced items: 1 € = 1 Stars Point
For discounted items: 1 € = 0.5 Stars Points
For pre-order items: 1 € = 1.5 Stars Points
Accumulated Stars Points are credited 30 (thirty) days after the order is received at home (after the return period has elapsed). Until then, points from an order will be marked as "pending" and will not be added to the point balance or total collected points.
Points can be used to obtain exclusive benefits specified in the program or converted into discounts or coupons for future purchases. Specific details and conditions will be provided to users during the purchase process.
Levels
Users achieve levels based on the total Stars Points collected (see Earning and Using Stars Points).
As Stars Points are accumulated, it is possible to unlock a higher level (Fan, Groupie, Rock Star, Icon) with exclusive privileges for that status. In the My Account section, users can check their current level and redeem points for corresponding benefits.
The Aniye Room program has four levels:
Fan: 0 to 999 Stars Points
Groupie: 1,000 to 1,999 Stars Points
Rock Star: 2,000 to 3,999 Stars Points
Icon: 4,000 Stars Points and above
Levels do not expire. Once a user has earned the necessary Stars Points to unlock a higher level, they will retain the achieved Status even if they redeem or lose points due to expiration.
Redeeming Benefits
Each achieved level allows members to redeem specific Benefits. Redeeming benefits will deduct points from the balance without affecting the acquired status level, which remains visible in the My Account section.
Once the benefit redemption is confirmed, users cannot modify or cancel their selection, and Stars Points will be automatically deducted from the balance.

Validity of Stars Points
Stars Points confirmed in the My Account section are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of acquisition. Example: An order placed on November 20, 2024, will have Stars Points credited on December 24, 2024 (assuming the order was received four days after purchase). These accumulated points will be valid until December 24, 2025.
Expired Stars Points will be automatically removed from the customer's balance.
Pending Stars Points
After completing a purchase on aniyeby.com, users can check their "pending" Stars Points in the My Account section. These points will be confirmed and added to the balance once the return period has ended, which is 30 (thirty) days from the order's delivery date.
Program Modification and Cancellation Terms
DEPECHE Srl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Aniye Room program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through a dedicated section on the website aniyeby.com and/or via the registered email. If the participant does not accept the changes, they may cancel their membership at any time.
DEPECHE Srl is not responsible for fraudulent, improper, or abusive use of The Aniye Room program system. DEPECHE Srl is also not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences related to malfunctions in the program's management systems beyond its control.
Participation in The Aniye Room program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, and it is recommended to visit the website regularly for updates.
Voluntary Unsubscription from the Program
Unsubscribing from The Aniye Room program by Aniye By is entirely voluntary and can be done at any time by the user. To unsubscribe, users can access their account and follow the instructions in the designated section. Upon unsubscribing, all accumulated points and associated benefits will be automatically canceled and cannot be recovered. DEPECHE Srl reserves the right to update the terms and conditions regarding unsubscription, with prior communication to users.
General Information
The Aniye Room program by DEPECHE Srl is reserved for members who have reached the age of majority (18 years old) at the time of their enrollment in the service. DEPECHE Srl assumes no responsibility for users' participation where their participation violates national or state laws or regulations. Participation is subject to the present and future program rules and is valid only on the website aniyeby.com.
No initial purchase is necessary to enroll in The Aniye Room program, but users must create an account on aniyeby.com with a valid username and password.
